Tim also covers the pretribulational, midtribulational, pre-wrath, and posttribulational views, before offering the true biblical view and timings.
I have not read this book yet but I suspect it is going to be worthwhile like the Antichrist and a Cup of Tea because it uses a literal intepretation method as my books do (Planet X In Bible Prophecy).
